Then try other thing :
Read any partition. sbl1for example.
Erase that partition.
Reboot device.
Check that partition state in memory tool again.
It must be empty.

Set boot partition to drive0 in memory tool After write boot files

flash sdi also. At same part name.
flash NON-HLOS.bin as modem image.
emmc_appsboot - as aboot
and again rest parts at same names.
Recovey wrong in both cases. Until you not flash correct recovery - you will not get it working.
