my experience unlocking this phone :

in the sticker model is hw:g9kb
zte

in the menu information of phone model is r225
comes from at&t

i try to unlock by standart method
result : phone not power on and nvram_sec_xxxx_xxxx legend apear on screen

after read some in forum i read some thread regarding this phone, flashed by flash from support

i flash the phone with flas from support
result: still having power on problems with legend nvram:sec_xxx_Xxx

the last try

erase whole flash chip, flash with same flash file from support
result: phone power on well but locked

unlock using smart fast method
result phone unlocked / repaired well

* using 800/1900 band

i get code from mxbox and it accepted but no service this is the imei 3515900444387, how can i solve this.?pls help..

hello!

maybe your phone's IMEI is blacklisted?
maybe your country uses unsupported frequency?
can you see networks if you do "search" via menu?
can you call 112 (sos number)?

Here is an instruction how to get cable/pinout information:
1. be sure that you have downloaded and installed latest Infinity-Box Pinouts update: Infinity-Box - News - 22-11-2012 - Online Service updated
2. run Infinity-Box Shell
3. select required model
4. see detailed information about cable/pinout (Rx/Tx/Gnd pins and other information)

Here is an example of information given by Infinity-Box Shell.
It's just an example for Alcatel, if you have another model you must select your model !

Hello,

You can see in Shell pinout description as text, connector picture etc.

Pinout for R225 AT&T is the same as pinout for ordinary AT&T

Have you tried to unlock it with Infinity-Box software ?
