my infinity does not open again everytime i try to use it display dongle not found.i uninstalled and installed back the same error i get .so i need a solution pl's .

I have same problem, In Device Manager Egate Smart Card is there but no Egate Virtul Reader Enumerators???

Can someone help with this

The problem occurs when the 3 device is not found in the device manager, if one is missing you will have that problem. Make sure the SIM-card is sitting good in the dongle. Sometime I have to plug and remove it a couple of times.

TRY TO CHANGE THE SIM JACKET OF UR DONGLE
IF NOT SOLVE UPDATE IT

STILL NOT SOLVED SEND TO UR RESELLER FOR REPAIRS

Are you using Infinity Dongle or Infinity Box (Smart Card) version. because there is a problem we have also come accross with Boxes (Smart Card) version the card reader inside the box is not working properly. If you are box user you can use that smart card into external USB EGATE READER it will sort out your problem. Infinity Box is a very good and stable product but its just a manufacturing problem with boxes. If problem still presist please contact me i will try my best to help you guys out. email me at [email protected]

same problem not reading the dongle, I removed the sim card install it back in.. same problem no dongle reading.

This means you must install Smart-Card drivers.
