| Try with older version and also when trying make sure different sim card is inserted, the sim card can help it as we had one saying lock read fail and unlock fail, we put a different sim in and did the procedure again and it worked. This isnt the first time we have had to do this either. br, Danny. |

| I tried everything but always get some error or phone not conected, i unlock my z500v with some free soft... p.s. I only want to use my TST but in many cases i have problems... Thanks |

| hi i gave up using tst to unlock z serries,i think mainly its communication problem,,for that reason i bought piranah clip,its not a bad tool,we have written numerous threads with regards to this bug in tst soft,maybe an upgrade will help,so maybe we have to wait. br |
