Hi tst team
I download all drivers and main software iastall them but software for dongle 3 have a virus
software open i use usb cable to unlock Z 500v computer install drivers for phone but i hid unlock but it don't see the phone
What is that i ' doing wrong
Please me with this

Hello,

check u r pc have virus all dongle 1,D2,D3 software is no virus work fine tested 100%

for Z500v please look for old thread...

I still can't put it to work
I download tst v 3 internal_5 i try to install it but agv virus ditector tell me that win 32 crypt.exe is a virus so i uninstall agv to install then software a it stop and tellme the i don't have the appropiante permission to access the item what is this now
Where is the manual instalation to put this software to work
it see the dongle total samsung tool open golden ver open
i sellect qualcom service itopen i sellect model buyer but ad usb port i don't see nothing i click on the arrow i see com 3 / com 10 so it did not see the phone i try com cable to unlock z 500 v and usb but nothing
i'm doing something wrong but i don't know what
Please Advice
