x480 when power on.. show starup tone.. n frezee..
e310 when power on.. the starup up walpapper blinking..

E310 we talk many many times before. Check that is E310F or E310 . X480 flash firmware and repair mode, if also not fix it's hardware problme.

For checking E310F or E310 , first time flash please *#1234# on phone. U will see it have F character or not.
Example your Asia langpack :
E310DXEA1 : 9 characters, non F (E310)
E310FDXEA1 : 10 charactes, it's F (E310F)
On dead phone, use New chip flasher to check. If it can flash, it's E310F else, it's E310.
