TST error 0xc0000005 on Win XP (SP2)

Hi,

I have problem on TST Dongle. (error 0xc0000005)
I tried on Win XP (SP2).

These are my step:
- I was Install Dongle Driver
- Restart PC
- Plug in the dongle
- Run "_Total_Samsung_Tools_v2.9b2.exe" (dongle 2) also tried to run "Total_Samsung_Tools_v2.9b2.exe" (dongle 1). But it shows error like in the attachment.

First time I though my dongle have problem, then my reseller replace with the new one, but problem still same.

I already tried on 2 PCs (all in Win XP SP2).

Please help me to solve this problem.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I did it your way but still same error.

These are my steps:
- I connect Dongle to USB port.
- Go to Device Manager and I removed Feitian Rockey4 and Feitian Rockey4 USB
- Then I run TST_Dongle_Driver.exe and select remove. My PC ask to restart, then I restart. (dongle still in the usb port)
- After windows loaded, then my PC detected Found New Hardware. Because there is no driver, so my PC ask for driver in C:/Windows/Temp/
- Then I install again TST_Dongle_Driver.exe. After done there is driver in C:/Windows/Temp/
- So I get those driver and all driver for dongle was installed successfuly.
- Then I tried to run "_Total_Samsung_Tools_v2.9b2.exe" and so "Total_Samsung_Tools_v2.9b2.exe". But still same error 0xc0000005

Please help to solve this problem.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I tried in 2 computers:
- Laptop Fujitsu P5020 (Win XP Prof with SP2)
- Desktop PC with Pentium 4, 512 RAM (Win XP Prof with SP2)

For my laptop, please see system details in attachment.

How to check if my processor is 64bit ? If it is 64bit, is that no solution to use TST ?

Thanks in advance.
