hi,
i have a D800 , when i power on , i can see D808, it seems that the phone had be flashing with d808 firmware D808ZCFB4. So can i reflash with D800BBFB2 without any pb?.

Hi,

Yes mate - you can flash to D800 fine.

When flashing make sure you erase Nor and format Nand.

Then when done you will have to rebuild IMEI - if you cant find anything to do this then email me and ill sort you a program to do this.

When finalised you will have to change Band mode to GSM 900/1800 or what ever band you need to use.

can you tell me why the nor and nand flash must be erased?
can i flash without erase ?(for not lose bt and imei number)

so i have another question:
i can see lot of d500 flashed with d508 firmware
i can see lot of d500c flashed with d508 firmware
why can't we flash d500c with d500 firmware?

Hi,

Ok - you can flash without erase of NOR - but you must erase NAND - this will not cause BT and IMEI to be erased.

Once phone is alive again with new flash - do full reset's or menu's could be a bit funky - until the reset is done.

Finally - not sure about the D500 question, if it works one way then it must work the other - you get me? - I would have to get a D500c before i knew the answer really.

Hi Mobilextreme, thanks for your answer while i'm not here . You're answer is correct.
About D500 , u can flash to D500C or D508 and D500C/D508 can flash to D508. Many swift model can cross-flashing.

Yo dude,

D800 is Agere type phone, try doing it with TST Agere and set phone type as E770 or C200 - see what happens.

If this wont work then - we can try the SUS soloution but I cant garuntee anything, for the time being we are best to wait for proper WinIMEI and then we can work on cracking / patching it.

ALSO - I can confirm that SUS can do it - but only in my version, I am official beta tester for Author of SUS and I can do it in my testing version, but im not 100% sure if it's in the public release prior to latest *latest = imei function disabled, so need version before this - but cant confirm it has d800 listed.

If you want - you can send me the phone and we could rebuild it for you if it's corrupt - but that's all we can do, we cant change it becuase it's illeagle in our country - sorry.
