TST restart PC immediately ! Help... - GSM-Forum

Hi,

After three month, I really can't under why TST always
restart PC when I start one of The Platform on the main blue page.

I installed everything perfectly, on three pc, always the same thing.

It's opening the program, main blue page where you choose
the platform, I click on one and BOOM!!!! pc restart.

On all three PC I have WIN XP SP2, and some programs...

I already tried to uninstall a lot of things but now it's ridiculous...

I give you log after windows restart thanks for help:

Error Samsung Tool

I'm study about Computer Science, so that i know this blue screen problems on WinXP.
1st : U computer have virus?
2nd : Driver OK?
3rd : Any complict?
4th : Hardware : USB Port (where u plug dongle) , RAM OK?

three different PC !

On two pc I used and use many boxes and dongles no problem:

Cruiser Setool RedBox Vygis Twister 2 Tornado Rsdlite SmartMoto 3 Jaf

I even tried to uninstall 90% of everything...
Can't understand.... What can it be???

hi man,

i know this is grief, but try formatting and making tst the first thing you install, also, maybe disable/uninstall anti virus

I'm so sad... it's so weird this Instantly Restart of PC!
What can do TST so dangerous that restart immediately the PC!!!???

This is first but I meet is same u only show error Code some this when setup I can solve only myself to update WinXP SP2 and last version of this soft. before I solve problem with Furisous, TST and other dongle I ask them (Moderator) said is Virus protection but is not only false with WINXP and some Driver Device you have setup also must be avoid with Vygis tool is more problem with other tool using Dongle and USB convert also.

I will this idea maybe help you.

remove all other usb hardware which u have plugin in ur system!
it usually happens when drivers conflict with each other

If your computer restart plz checked your pc Ram......bcz i get also same this prob in 64 mb ram then iam change this with 128 mb ram all oki
