You don't havew any single way to complain and just use empty sentences to complain...So poor...I think that TST team refers to the problems with reseller, dongle id or any of the data they will need. It's really common to make mistakes in one number or one letter. But continue your attitude nobody believes you and the fact it's that IT'S WORKING. And curoiusly they only waited a few hours/days

but yes complain Mr.Clifford, it's the only thing that you know to do...
