v200 cannt flash but can be read by tst

hello guys!lts my first time user of tst thats why lm not familiar with this staff lm here to ask about tst.l have a problem with the phone v200 the speaker is not working,but buzzer is working so lm sure that there is a problem with the software.
lm using v2.99 and try to read the v200(agere) using tst in "service" and l can read the data of the phone,but if lm going to read or verify the data of this phone to "flasher" it says sorry an error has occured(err_bad_platform)am l having a mistake and what are the cables should l be use because the time l recieved my software there was no lable of my cables and the name of the cables are not attach to my cables thats why lm having a problem in identifying the cable names because they look like thesame.how can l know if lm using a correct cables and what does the light indicate the time lm using in the 12 in 1 cable means?bcoz sometimes lf lm using other cables there is no light and when l use other there was a light what does it means?, do l need to use 12 votls bat in this terminal and whats the use of this terminal for 12v batt?.Thanks!!!!!

hi mate

go to AGERE MODEL's click flasher

u see u r computer display screen flashing operationg ok...

file, option, help etc... click option and go too generic

and slect the v200 model speed normal like this 115200

and check comport setting u using so u slect comport 1

click ok and last thing now... click file, slect the v200 flash file

cable Use A200 cable or v200 cable

click verify i thing all is done

then click flash
