Z540 Flashing ready, tested with carefully. After flash IMEI and BT ID remain. We will do a guide together with V804SS Flashing too.
Below are some pic while we flashing phone.

Z540 have 2 status of lost boot.
Try this first.
remove battery , connect ORIGINAL USB cable , hold 9 and insert battery, than press power on. see pc detect or not. If it detect and disconnect after some second, that's ok. quickly reflash boot area and u can flash normally.
U see Emergency Mode on our flasher

I have the same issue .....does nothing .....cant evenget to power on without holding 9 and pressingpower btn :S
