Activation String Expired Error In Updater

hello sir i need help
the folloeing is the error

login: xxxxxxxx


please upgrade your ts cardby using ThunderStorm updater
Dongle upgrade started: 12:38:28 PM
Locating Emeralda upgrade server...
Connecting to server...
Connected to server client slot.
Authentication...
Authentication successfull.

Starting software version check.
Your upgrade client version is the latest.
Software version check completed.

Starting activation strings check.
Disconnected from server client slot.
Server reported error: Your activation string is expired. Please contact your reseller

Check your email. And in the future never post your box serial number on forum.

I need to update my thunderStorm.
when i try to update e receive the message: """"Your activation string is expired. Please contact your reseller."""
already send one email but i dont receive the answer.

send mail to product supporter they will arrange problem on server very quickly.....
