unlock alcatel c550

Is the possible to unlock ot c550 with thunderstorm
maybe a philips phone
connector is like a philips 530

Here is the picture, yes it is same as on philips 530 but u have to rotate connector to 180 degrees another way u cant insert the connector.

I can connect the phone but when i enter the NCK code the code is not correct and i can enter only 8 numbers but program shows 10.
I try the first 8 numbers and the last 8 numbers but code is not correct.

With direct unlock i get error see info,

VERSION - 0850000305020000
IMEI - 3595690001xxxxx (OTP-1)
LANGPACK NAME - G03
LANGPACK VERSION - 18
NCK - 7031330733 (255)
NSCK - DISABLED
SPCK - DISABLED
CCK - DISABLED
PCK - DISABLED
MCC+MNC - 204-08
MAKING BACKUP... OK
UNLOCKING... FAILED

What is wrong?

You have to perform direct unlock, but as you saw there is a bug in software - direct unlock do not work at the moment. Right now me and Remco are betatesting and trying to solve that problem. I hope we will solve it today.
