can't run software


i just got thunderstorm box. i downloaded drivers and installed them. i got activation and updated hard lock successfully with ThunderStorm Updater.
i downloaded all softwares and installed them but i can run only the motorola software all other give me "hard lock could not be found" error.
i downloaded SmartCardRepair.exe and ran it rebooted 2 times but i still can't run other software. i tried running it on my laptop but have same problem.
i tried updating hardlock again but got error message below.

how can i fix this?

Dongle upgrade started: 3:43:07 PM
Locating Emeralda upgrade server...
Connecting to server...
Connected to server client slot.
Authentication...
Disconnected from server client slot.
Server reported error: No more upgrade logs.

i installed drivers again and updated hardlock again and problem has been solved.
