Hello, i sent all you need to activate/upgrade your hardlock to your email. Enter activation string and password to updater and upgrade your hardlock. After it you will be able to use all softwares. For the future please do not post in wrong sections like you did in "ThunderStorm Box package check list" that topic has nothing to do with your problem, thatswhy i have deleted your messages. Hope now your problem is solved.

hi,
i told you before my problem about "activation string" and you know,that i dont have it.....but you keep saying read the "faq" ...you dont responced in the right way.....but by the way is working now..... still not happy becaused i found out that there no update for how many months..hoping soon will be alive like a THUNDER
