OT C630 freeze - GSM-Forum

Hi,
when i try to unlock this OT c630, soft get freezed in "reading phone version"
I already read full flash and sent to support.
I have my dongle fully upgraded.
i used serial and usb unibox.
tested many cables.

what will be the problem, thunder?

when connected in flash mode:

FLASH TYPE - M36L0R7040T0
FLASH SIZE - 16777216 BYTES
LANGPACK NAME - G04
LANGPACK VER. - 18
LANGPACK SIZE - 786432
STRUCTURE ID - 0202
FAMILY ID - 8501

problem is with t191 interfase, i connected via tp by soldering wires and unlocked OK. im using latest release.

I have never written that u can use T191 cable for unlocking new alcatels, so i do not understand why are you using it.
