Problems with downloading software from support


hi all.

anyone meeting this problem?

Cant Check IP Policy

am not being allowed to download anything

Well I'm glad it isnt just me, I thought I had internet problem but must be support problem as I get same message on blank screen (Can't check IP policy!) since last night. I downloaded one file 21.54 (UK time) last night and when I tried to get the next one I got that message and have been getting it ever since.

luckily enough i had the backups and found the one i needed.

hope support solves this problem and maybe update LG for the new ones if possible pls.

Hi our server was under ddos attack, now it should work. Im in hospital at the moment, so i can be online only when im at home (at weekends). I apolognize for update delay. Pantech module will come asap im back from hospital. If someone still facing problems with IP banned message, please send me email with your hardlock id.

Has this solved the problem for others? I still getting same message and cant download any files.
