problem with philips 362

to ThunderStorm:

i had a blink 362, flashed with orange(original that was in the phone) flash file, the phone have been alived but ask for CCK code, and i can't unlock it or read code by soft, it said all lock disabled

now i flashed it with WestEuropBis flash file and then it ask for PCK code, same thing can't unlock or read code!!

how can it be unlocked then?
