First your reseller has to :

1. Send Driver and Hardlock Updater to customer
2. Let Customer Install Drivers

then

3. Customer has to start Hardlock Updater and click "Next" once
4. Customer has to send to reseller:

Hardlock Serial:
Customers Name:
Customer Email:
Login: (the one customer would like to have):
Password: (the one customer would like to have):

IMPORTANT: !!! Login and Password must Contains only Numbers and Letters and be not shorter as 8 digits!!!

after u send those things to your reseller
then u will get from your reseller, dongle activation string and confirmation that your user and pass are ready to use

i filled out the form on the web-site, followed instructions and got back my activation in 36hrs. very happy with the support and service.
