3110 simlock fault? - GSM-Forum

i have an 3110 phone and it shows simlock fault so far i have done every bit from software but i think problem is somewhere in hardware so plz tell where can i trace this fault n hardware here r logs............

SIMLOCK_TEST : FAILED
SECURITY_TEST : FAILED
> Try SX4 "PM AUTH"
> Then Write PM 1 and 309
PHONE_MODE : UNKNOWN
