3110c contact service

i recive 3110c for network problem ,i have done ui seting in hwk. after that set goes to contact service .it gives security test fails in self test. plz give me adv., i have no knowlage about it.plz help seniars!

i) backup rpl
ii) super sd Auth
iii) pm auth
iv) write modify pm
v) do Init simlock
