3110c i setting failed

Dear friends, i flashed 3110c with ver 7.21 which stuck on nokia logo and switch off with in few seconds. phone flashed completely but ui setting failed i tried with ub, mxkey, hwkufs, but no result plz can any one give me solution

I have faced this problem with this model and nokia 6300 then i have flashed them with old flash files & they start working fine.....

i also faced this problem, i realy try manny things, but just one think work, i flash it with latest verseon 7.30 n i done my jobe.
