Try to reflash it with jaf use the same version and its CNT if im not misstaken its the problem

Best solution is to Flash your phone+UI Settings

flash it v6.60 and try if not ok change ic sim

best solution is full flash with latest version+ui option if not ok then change sim ic and again flash it

try to use an other sim (1st time issue came 2 me in 6300 the sim was bad) after sim change the mobile was working properly .
