because this is impossible without logs.
you had to pay for it.

i have fixed this problem several times by just updating splock in mx-key if that was what u did then keep trying it till u get it fixed

use mxkey latest version, repair simlock and check "make SIMLOCK RPL"
then update splock

its work on me, should work 4 u 2
