3250 & Phoenix Problem (Using Reaper)

Hi guys,

I have installed Phoenix using the Reaper guide twice now (yes I cleaned my registry each time) however I can't flash my 3250. I have followed it step by step and sometimes had to restart my PC to move on to the next step i.e. running the 2004 crack required an install to get the error messages.

I was first using a DKU-5 cable which didn't work even with the drivers from the Nokia site, however now have a DKU-2 cable (which I probably didn't need as I could have used the cable which came with the phone).

I scan for product and it pulls up the info on the phone. When I go to the dropdown menu select SW Update I only get Firmware Update. Then I can't do anything; I get various messages ranging from there is no dongle present, or mor often than not, some problem finding products yadda yadda.

I've installed twice now, tried various phone modes and have had no luck. The phone turns itself on and off again randomly and has no signal. This happened after my partner altered some settings i.e. turned off the mini menu on the screen and changed the theme. The company I purchased the phone from are being utter planks so I thought I would have a go myself as it was supposedly faster than sending the phone away!

If anyone requires a print screen of the errors etc let me know.

Regards,

C.Blade

Edit: Here's a copy of one of the errors I get :
