Simple RPL won't work in this new security .
The only way is via original RPL file from Nokia, that is specifically requested in SL3 format, and only the Tucson server can provide them.

this is new format rpl file specially for SL3 *.nmp

hello. i got a 5130 nokia, when i power on the phone without simcard it show me contact service. it turns of automatically. i tried to reflash it, but the same problem. help please

Check log with MX. If you are broken SDD you can repait with MX and Cyclone. If Simlock_Data_Corrupt don't dream. Only RPL.

if ,sl3 ,,,simlock failed,,or invalid no solution,at the moment,,if security test faild,,u can recover by sx4 and then write a good pm,,,,,,,so keep in yr mind,,,simlock,,,,and security test,,,thanks,
