u can do with any nokia best tool like fenix mx cyclone and many 5220 is sl 2 simlock not sl3 u can repair it sl data

Mate you can do it with any tool likeATF,MX-key, MT, Fenix-Key ,Best-dongle and etc but use a good cable and do these steps:

1_ Take rpl back up

2_ Repair Simlock

3- Repair SD (Super dongle) if it is damged

4- Do Pm Auth and write modified PM

Mate once check your cable I think it is cable problem and also try with other tool like MX or Best dongle.

Mate Rpl is not free its very expensive about 40$ and as I see your IMEI is OK and it can be repaired I think you had better to buy another cheap tool Like MX-key or Best dongle instead of Rpl.

And Also if your cable is ok and you have rpl backup do these steps with MT .

1-Fully erase the phone flash with latest flash files.

2- write only NPC of your rpl.

3- than take info if SL and SD were damaged repair it and write modified PM after SX4 .

no need rpl u need only unlock on mt u can repair it just click on sl20 rpl unlock and remember dont erase otherwise u will find bad result r buy other cheap tool like mx
