Usually,although rpl and 308 still present,if "conser" must fix ask to rpl.
your old rpl is bad......

Try us this way....:

-Backup rpl +308
-Full erase
-Fullflash
-restore backup rpl (without us backup old 308 pm) = Handset wasn't conser
-SX4
-Write pm modified.

Hope can solved...
