5300 keypad - GSM-Forum

i have 5300...keypad not working at all.i change flexybel,ic keypad,button play and the other but still same..the problem is button volume is short.how can i solve it n where is the short?please help me.thanx...

replace the voliume &camera button
it will be ok

freind shorting is in keypad ic because all keys & bottons are related with it .
so now u remove keypad ic & clean up all pins then refixe it well.

The problem is in keypad ic ,make sure u clean pcb after removal, and make sure u put new ic straight ...should work... 100%
