| yes my dear u have to 1st format the memory card from ur pc then u have to format the mobile with ur fingers such like u format 6600 or u can enter the *#7370# refreshing code the restarting problem will b solve Br y2ksalman |

| I tried to format in fingers but this format I think not work for this model and i tried to press this code #*7370# and not work too. I flashed it and nothing but I not try to put antivirus because I dont know which is the last antivirus version. thanks for your answer and thanks for you. |

| Dear No need to falsh the phone just format it and then format the memory card, install comwarrior and scan the virus, after scan your phone will be defenately ok. Waiting for your kind response Arshad Mahmood |
