of course original and i tested 3 others but it is same
now i have 4 sets same problems

maybe card reader is defect, have also 6280 and know a lot of peaple with that phone, but never heared this problem, just one time someone have problem because his card has more space than 1GB and such cards aren't accepted by phone

same problem here. I have 2 brand new sets with this problem. It can't see memory card. Card is working in other phones but not in this one. Very strange problem.

try flashing with latest sofeware if that don't work then hardware oriblem with mmc reader

I also have one 6280 . it's not detect memory card , already try with many memory card 256,512,1gb but not working . Also check memory card conector pin inside pcb .
PLEASE GUYS HELP .

It's not SD card problem, it's hardware !
Check this parts N3200 R3200 and replace them!

i try 2 change n3200 & r3200 already,but stil facing a same problem.....pls help me solve the 6280 memory card no respon problem.

i have nokia 6280 water damage. the problem is cannot detect memory card. when i go to galary and open the memory card section the phone going black screen and hang. please help me...
