i have recived to day a6280 when you try to see videos you see a whit screen and you just hier the audio so can some one help me

i 'm sure that the vedeo is not corupted
it is version 3.6 i flash it with 6.3 but nothing
with probleme in camera operation fielrd when you try to pic a piter

have you got a probleme of languge so hear me when i try to see videos i hear the sound but nothing inscreen (white screen ecran blanche) +operation failed of camera when itry to get a pecter or video
