PLZ HEEEEEELP Nokia 5300 Phone restricted Code Neaded - GSM-Forum

My ver of phone was 5.51 flashing by 5.50 and not boot
erase it and again flash by 5.50 !! my phone boot and on !
but serial =123456654321
writ RPL from CRT Backup Jaf !
phone serial is ok now!
after insert simcard it wanted Phone restricted Code !!
no unlock support by jaf !!
or when i do unlock by universal box, phone is off and error
