6500s, Displays Nokia, then goes OFF

Have got two, 6500s, both have had water damage, and both have the same symptoms.

They power on, display Nokia for 10secs, then screen goes white, then powers off!

Has anyone else come across this and fix them?

Have flashed them both, and both flash. but problem still there!
And also have a fully working one, swapped the boards, problem still there!
So the issue is nothing to do with Flex or anything in the top half of the phone

Regards!

Super?
Or regular unleaded?

I've used the full top half from a working phone.
So its not LCD and not Ribbon

Try to reflash phone to SW 7.12 ... ( rm240_CareDP_19.0_GLOBAL.exe + 19.1 + 19.2 ) if this not help - resolder / change AVILMA IC ( N2200 ) and try flashing again...

this problem can be solve with 64mb erase file.
but u will lost sim lock data and npc imei data.

in case if you have ub you can make backup of both ..
jaf support only npc and some other certificate backup only.

ub can do sim lock and npc and other data backup..

so step are
use 64mb erase flash
phone will be dead after this
flash phone with any version
now restore correct rpl backup
or
restore calculated rpl
