6630 turns off with sim. without sim works fine

i hav a 6630 nok with strange prob. with out sim it works fine in offline mode. but when i try to turn on with a sim. phone turn on and after few seconds switches off.

any solution???

1. give CNT file and reflash...........
6630 will b work fine................
or,

2. change RF IC
