6680 Contact Retailer - GSM-Forum

Can someone help please. I unlocked handset on universal box and it become simlock invalid. Now the handset is contact retailer. I have purchased RPL and wrote it and still the same. I have write pm without field 308 and still the same. I have tryed evrything but handset still contact retailer. Pls Help!!!!
