After flashing 3250,sim not accepted - GSM-Forum

friends I flashed a 3250 just for upgration with jaf. after flashing phone shows sim not accepted.also flashed with universal box but result was same.It is not a network lock because phone was ok.any solution for that?

U should write back the (308) to the phone
