You wrong LOL.
Look and study the wiring all this one to one, the only thing different is the end connectors one end is RJ45 8pin and the other end RJ45 10pin. Not rocket sciences. LOL

bcos n95, n95 has no resistor in bsi line (Si-diode) add switch to omit the
required additional resistance bcos of different resistors in bsi line on sets of boxes..
universal box has different procedure to initialize phone in local/test mode (easier for cable, don't have to be so strict about res value, but not to far from proper one) but in j.a.f. and other boxes u will struggle with entering requested mode..

btw. adding dip-switch with few resistor on bsi line is good practice...
-bit outdated idea, now those days most of shops sell good conventers
for good price....
and at a time i build that was hard to get 1pcs RJ47/10pin feamle conn
