Backup internal memory from Dead Nokia N93i

Well not exactly dead, but something happened and i get the contact service message when i open it and i can get to the menu.

Before I return it to a working condition i need to backup the device in order to save contacts/sms and call logs and stuff like that I really need.

So how can i do this?

I tried the Pheonix approach but i don't know if i can connect correctly with the phone not being able to boot and all.

Any suggestions?

Isnt there asoftware exclusive solution that does not require for the use of additional hardware?

I see that phoenix sw and diego have backup cap[abilities, but how can you connect to the software with the phone switched off?
