Smart card driver conflict.

How determine problem :
Disable reboot on BSOD event
HowTo : Example

Insert Smart Card. Viola, we seen BSOD , check whole text , will be info about problematic driver. Google it - you will find program, which use that driver. Remove that program fully, clean register, use any sw over internet to clean up system from unused services and drivers , if still will be problem and clean system with them.

There is probably problem with ur smart card driver.
And also the os u r using is outdated. It is better to use win xp sp3 rather than vista.
Uninstall previous tools.
Clean the registry.
Then fresh installation from internet.
if still problem occurs, then format ur os and do the above said process.

I'm ready followed your instructions, but the problem is still there...
the same problem comes with Windows 7 by another PC... as soon as I purely put the stick, the computer shut down and there is the blue screen with the error message
