I've attached the driver I'm using for my Aftermarket CA-42 cable, however I'm starting to believe that its a cable issue.

I've been going through all the other posts on this and someone actually posted that he had tried 5 different DKU-5 (all aftermarket) before he found one that worked.

I've actually done all sorts of other things as well like
1. Change Speed of the COM port. but no success
2. Tried to use external power source instead of battery, same

I've concluded that its my cable, so I'm on the hunt for one that actually works!

I'd suggest the same.
good luck guys!

I've had success with the DKU5 cable. I saw the post regarding the CA42 cable that many here favour, so I bought a CA42 cable as well and tested successfully . Both cables tested and working with N70.
While inside the forum and posting, let me take the opportunity to say Thanks Dejan. What a man. What a legend. I hope he's made chunks of money from the whole thing.
Best regards and Goodluck

I've tried bb5 unlocker on 6680 using Original Nokia DKU-5 USB Cable and it just freezes when reading phone. Any ideas?

I've bought SERIAL cable for Nokia 7210 (Which supposedly is a F-Bus cable and should work)... but the phone will just not connect at all. Get error in connection message from the beginning. COM port is set to 1 which is the onboard COM port address and has worked successfully with other software just not working with BB5 unlocker?
