Member: 335078 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hello, I think that I following the guide correctly. However, during the installation of Phoenix 2006, I received two pop-up messages notifying me that it has not passed some windows logo test or something. That i can just click -continue installation. However, the real problem I run into is at the end. Whenit starts to register the files and such, and when the DESkey not found message comes up. I am unable to click ok. I try to click ok.. and a few seconds later the whole isntallation freezes up. My computer is fine, but the installation crashes. and I must end the tastk. In the end, I am unable to install this. I'm not sure why and was wondering if anyone could offer some insight. Thanks. |

Lets hope there is a solution to this so I can get my 6680 working again. The phone is still detected by windows but it is in ADL mode, i've tried it on two different computers and still got the same error and the error is the same even if the phone isn't connected at all. Would point towards either an error in the installation or a windows usb config error. Have tried two different cables with the same result as well. Last edited by bmh.01; 08-21-2006 at 21:17. Member: 104334 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Verify Phoenix-install before flashing? Hi! The method described here seems to work perfect, much better than the Ph2004-2006 method. For now Ph 2006 starts without errors and is able to scan/identify product. It also selects the proper Image and PPM. But before i press "Start" on my girlfriends N90 i wonder if there's a way to minimize the risks of a dead phone, a way of checking the Phoenix-installation from within Phoenix? As a last resort i could always try with an older 6630 but i prefer to keep it alive too Regards, Per |

Member: 337029 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hi People, I followed the installation instructions, except for the cable installation because I told me my exsisting versio is newer (I have the latest vesrion from NOKIA). Now when I try to run Pheonix 2006 for the first time it tells me: " Pheonix applictaion hs encountered a problem and need to close etc..." In the details it says something about the pheonix_framework.DLL - I have installed the 2006 crack properly. Please advise. Thanks! |

What files to use from RM-115, where is US English? what "black", "white", "Latin" mean in description in read_me.txt ? What PPM file to use? thanks anyone for the explanations. |

I got my 6680 stuck in ADL mode and in the end just payed to get it reflashed with a proper flashing box, its working fine again now. So all is not lost, but it is going to cost to get it working again. |
