C3 keypad problem after Update.. need help - GSM-Forum

anyone help on nokia C3 (v4.60)
keypad problem on writing messages

history: some icons are gone during updating

action taken: i flash it with high version (v7.20) ANd (7.25)

i thought its already okey but after an hour the owner is back
because of keypad problem on writing messages...

any solutions?

i already flash it in a high and low versions
but i always got the same problem

i got a solution to the problem after trying several product codes so this product code solved the problem 0597577!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
