C7 RM-675 No Power , HWK / ATF Help

I've some concern; if you can kindly help me I'll appreciate your service.

Please note:
I ve only HWK too.. So post solution with HWK ;
and if you know exact solution with other box let me know. I'll check that.

This is C7 RM-675 Mobile. That didn't power on. Flashed with latest 111.30.609 using ATF but not succeeded.

History:

This phone flashed by some one (for unknown reason ) with firmware. Owner says it had installed 'Belle' via Ovi suite.

Now Handset no power. (Getting near 5mA when pressed power and hold, no vib,disp)

I've got logs from ATF (see below) When Scan i can see errors

No PAPUBKeysHash Returned

Scanning Simlock Applet Type...
Simlock Type is UNKNOWN...

I've got that this No PAPUBKeysHash Returned is due to .RPL damage! Am i correct?

Owner says that previous flasher told that he used latest than original. But i flashed newest i got 11.30.609. I'm confused what if it had never than this coz it's updated via Ovi !!

I DON'T KNOW EXACT PROCESS THEY DONE.
But Phone never opened when i receive. And Owner says phone flashed for minor issue (due to original applications missing and not comes up with reset!)


PLEASE PROVIDE HWK SOLUTIONS IF ANY. or ATF are OK.(I can't check ATF solutions onthe fly. Coz I haven't ATF)
