Can someone please help me with the error invalid pointer

Hi

I have installed phoenix on several computers, but every time i get the error invalid pointer when i'm trying to get phone information. Everything else seems to work, but i wont take the risk and upgrade my phone when i got this error. I have searched and found others with this problem, but no solution. I always get the same errors in inst. log file, so maybe that is the problem. I tried with: Phoenix Service Software 2006.44.6.163 and got this errors:
Registration problems:

- Registering context.dll failed:
Error msg: LoadLibrary(C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Framework\context.dll) failed.
GetLastError returns 0x0000045a.
- Registering scriptcontext.dll failed:
Error msg: LoadLibrary(C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Framework\scriptcontext.dll) failed.
GetLastError returns 0x0000045a.

And some shortcut errors.


I have no installation problems until i open the program and tries to get phone information.

The last time, i used..:
Diego_3_09.msi
phoenix_service_sw_2006_44_6_163.exe
1-crack_dongle_phoenix_all_.exe
crack_dongle_phoenix_2006.exe

Maybe i'm doing something wrong?

I hope someone knows if i can try to upgrade my phone with this errors, or even better knows what i can do to fix this.

I've always got that invalid pointer error when attempting to select Phone Infomation. It doesn't stop you performing a firmware upgrade.

I tried, but i can't get phoenix to work. Installed everything several times, but no way. The installation goes like a charm but i can't flash the phone. It is not possible to firmware update my 6280, cause i can't set in the firmware. Am i supposed to put some values in under options?

I have tried to read all evening for the answer, but didn't find anything. Maybe someone could give me an ABC on what exactly i am supposed to choose under firmware update.

It's not easy to be a newbie in this area, but i'm learning
