Can't restore contacts after making backup in N95 ?


I did backup for N95,but now after I restored it,it couldn't restore contacts !
Any idea ?

Did you reinstall in the mobile the new support for Nokia pc-suite?

I restarted the pc ,and I installed pc suite support in phone,I also did update for PC suite ,but after doing restore for contacts no contact appear

When yo do the back-up with nokia pc suite you must mark all the fields you need, after the backup has finished, you must check if there is the green V under all the fields you choose to back-up.
If you didn't install the updates of the pc-suite when you made the back-up, all the contacts and the mms won't be in the back-up
