I'm trying to flash it with JAF but got this instead

I also did a successful clean install with Phoenix after several tries. Phoenix won't detect my phone(dead) although i already plugged in my charger to the phone..

Does an fbus cable need some kind of box or hardware to connect? I wish a bb5 flashing for dummies book exist
