Member: 1088091 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 8 |  description of 6680 FBUS cable needed  i am really confused, plz help me out, what is a nokia FBUS cable, i mean does it connect to my pc through serial port, parallel port, USB port, or what? and where does the other end of a FBUS cable for 6680 connect to the phone, is there a place under the battery for FBUS connection like 3310 or what? PLEASE READ THIS>> i have to flash my 6680 phone, it is in a state of white screen, i reside in Pakistan, and the people at the only mobile market in my city are not very literate, they don't understand a FBUS cable, what they show me are DKU-2 (phone to USB) or COM (phone to serial) cables, and they say that cable for flashing firmware is known as flashing cable and it is phone to Ethernet sort of cable, they also say that without a special flashing box there's no use of that flashing cable. WHAT I HAVE IS>> i have phoenix latest patched version, NSS latest version, JAF latest virtual PKEY version, i DON'T have JAF or any other flash box. IMPORTANT>> my phone after going into this white screen issue is NOT DETECTED BY PC through a normal USB data cable, so i am told to use FBUS cable, but how? and what does a FBUS cable look like? |
