E-71 Problem - GSM-Forum

Dear all frnd

i have one mobile e71 problem is whn i switch on the mobile, mobile is on but its only blue screen no booting no startup tone befor i got same problem that time i given to out side for software thay are repaired, now agin i got same problem so plsssss help me
